Tammy HairDocTk
HairDoc TK, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today? Hi, I’m TK “aka Tammy Kelichner “ HairDoc TK” It’s taken over 30 years (three long decades) to learn and research the issues with hair loss. I’m not a doctor, but with my story, I learned enough to save my own life, and at this point, I consider myself an expert in my trade and a HairDoc.
Growing up in rural Pennsylvania in Amish country with parents who were extremely conservative Christian and my mom swears by roots, fruits, nuts, and the Bible. The whole time, I dreamed of being a superstar and moving to Hollywood so I could take care of my parents and help people. But a young woman was expected to get married and have kids, work in a local factory, or have a professional certificate. I chose to get licensed and certified which started my journey out of rural America to Hollywood.
The Talk about Hair, Health, and Hope is an advocacy effort that promotes self-awareness and challenges the entire society to take responsibility for their own lives. HairDocTk is self-educated with various certificates in cosmetology and health where at the age of 30 while battling Renal Cell Carcinoma and breast implant sickness, she only learned to read!

Cancer Support
Over the past 10 years, I have been an active volunteer and vendor at Ironwood Cancer Centers. Here are more pictures from our events.
Here's my magazine and news interview about what motivates me, as well as all the volunteer work I've done with my Non-Profit Super Hairoes Organization. See more at www.superhairoes.org. My mission is to support women, men, and teens, in a devastating time where they only hope is to feel beautiful on the outside while being destroyed to become well on the inside. What I teach others is finding the “Root’ issues of All ‘Dis-Ease” in the body.

Integrative Cancer Solutions
Tammy Kelichner, a Look Good Feel Better volunteer Cosmetologist from Phoenix explained why she volunteers, “I first heard about Look Good Feel Better through a client who was a cancer survivor. I am a two-time cancer survivor, and a certified licensed hair restoration and master hair extensionist,” So she recommended me to the American Cancer Society because I love to advocate, teach and empower other women.
